We usually ship the goods post as REGISTERED LETTERS or with UPS using a shipping upgrade. Small items like clip purses will be sent as regular letters, not registered
For all other items we provide our customers with the tracking number for their shipment, which can be followed at www.correos.es We also offer express shipping with UPS or CORREOS express.

UNITED STATES : 3 -5 working days (new York often 2 days)

Canada :postage works very well, takes usually 8-10 days.
UNITED STATES and AUSTRALIA :average of 14 days ,in the worst / exceptional cases, it could take upto 5 weeks, due to the extra customs control .

Some of our products ship now for free. There is a shipping fee included in the price, that we have to pay at the post office when we ship the goods. In case of returning the item this fee will be deducted from the refunded total, in most cases it is around 10 euro- 12-13 usd.for bags and 3-4 eur for smaller coin purses.
